My New Blog

Marie signed me up for a blogger site. I just finished reading another book by Edward Abbey, which wasn't really a book but a selection of his journal entries over the course of about 40 years. I guess I was kind of inspired in a way to start a journal of my own, now I can just do it here on blogger. I have attached two short stories I recently wrote while trying not to work. Let me know what you think... Hopefully there will be more to come. I'd like to start trying to publish some outdoor articles in actual magazines, but I am sure I will need a lot of practice writing and some more outdoor experiences to talk about.
